TrackHands is a MacOS application that uses your device's camera to track hand movements near your mouth. We take your privacy seriously and want to be transparent about how our app works.

Data Collection and Usage

• Camera Access: TrackHands requires access to your device's camera to function. This is used exclusively for real-time hand and mouth position tracking.
• Face and Hand Detection: TrackHands uses computer vision to detect the position of your hands and mouth in real-time. This detection is solely used to determine when hands move towards the mouth. No facial recognition or identification is performed, and no face data is stored or transmitted.
• Local Processing: All video processing, hand tracking, and mouth position detection is performed locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any video data or images.
• No Data Storage: TrackHands does not save or store any video footage, images, face data, hand positions, mouth positions, or biometric information from your camera.
• No Internet Requirement: The app functions completely offline and does not require an internet connection to work.

Data Security

Since all processing happens locally on your device and no data is collected or transmitted, your privacy is inherently protected. The app cannot and will not share any information about your usage or camera feed with third parties.
